1. Where is the store based?

2. What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Colors may vary from screen, so refunds will not be issued on color differences. 

All items are final sale. (Refunds and exchanges are not provided.) Please, buy with confidence :)

Custom fees and duties may be incurred, I'm NOT responsible of import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.

3. Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes! I ship from Tokyo, Japan. So everywhere else it's outside! 

4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 15 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. To Southamerica, it might take 10-20 business days or more. Please be patient.

From Japan, I use JP Post EMS services and time arrivals on their page :)

5. Can I track my order?

You can track an order with EMS shipping options, but not with SAL. This shipping option is expensive but it gives you a track code.

I recomend you to chose EMS options ;)

6. What if I have a problem with my order?

If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page.

7. Why is everything in USD and english? :(
Because I want to reach international orders, and to do that, USD and english are global currencies and language :)

8. Why are your prices higher than the original stores?
I consider in the final price: the price of the object itself, the tax I have to pay and the transporation fee I have to pay to get to the store. That's all included per product, be considerated with me too ~
